We didn't want to leave and would definitely return here. Hotel's location was good and fab, to all public transportations. And there was Parfums de Beyrouth with short-orders around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue, super convenient.

Compact and modern room with AMAZING views over rooftops towards iconic mountains. Extremely comfy bed, super friendly and outstandingly accommodating personnel at reception desk. Good location for visiting bars and eateries. Again, walking distance to a Gothic monument.

The staff at the reception desk were excellent and the breakfast room overlooking the mountains was incredible..just clear the rubbish from the roof outside the window.
I missed an area to sit in during the day ..there were chairs in the reception area but it was not an inviting place to sit.

The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and we loved the coffee-making facilities for a cozy morning. There are relaxing spots nearby, perfect for a chill evening. The free Wi-Fi was super helpful for planning our day. I just wish they had a bit more variety at breakfast, but there was plenty of fresh fruit to enjoy. 😊

We have been coming for many years and really enjoyed the new refurbished hotel. The breakfast room on the top floor was a nice surprise.
A piece of advice: maybe you could supply a rubber mat for the shower for us elderly people. We missed the mini bar from the old Cristal. We always used it to chill the Swiss cheeses we had bought to take home...

Excellent location near the train station made getting around easy, and the room wasnice and neat. The staff, particularly at the reception, were helpful and cute. Enjoyed a selection of local cold cuts in the breakfast, a nice touch. The room was quite small, and there were limited toiletries, so bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The gym access was a bit of a trek, and some noise from the street could be heard in the quieter room, despite being well-cleaned.
